What if I did not receive my order or I receive damaged / mis-shipped products?

How many days do I have to make a return?

You can request return for full refund or replacement anytime within 60 days upon receipt your order, once you receive a pre-paid return label from us, you will have 30 days of time to ship your package, please note that the label will be invalid after the 30 days

Do I need to buy a box for shipping the return item?

No. You can use the box that the item was shipped in or any similar size of sturdy box, please make sure you use the return label to cover the original label from the box

When will I receive the replacement item?

We will ship the replacement item within 48 hours once you ship the original item

When will my refund be available?

In case of a refund, your purchase will be refunded within 1-5 business days after your return is received and processed, depending on the initial marketplace and payment method, it may take up to 10 business days to be available in your account
